Base 500 gap cover is to cover bills imposed by anaesthetists, surgeons, radiologists and physiotherapists for in-hospital treatment.

It DOES NOT COVER any other costs involved with hospitalisation.

Co-Evolution gap cover

Covers shortfalls of up to 500% for in-hospital costs and includes:

• MRI and CT out-patient scans
• Pre-admission hospital co-payments
• Benefits limited to a certain amount per family annually
• X-rays and pathology up to a limit per person annually
• Consumables up to a limit per person annually
• Emergency and casualty accident treatment up to a limit per policy annually
• Trauma counselling up to a limit per policy annually
