Customised Insurance – Gap Cover Quote From Momentum

• Gap Cover of up to 400 percent for hospitalisation costs – this is the insurance cover of what a medical scheme will pay in terms of its tariff ceilings and the actual bills imposed by members of the medical profession for services rendered.
• So Gap Cover of R1 800 for scans.
• Gap Cover of R1 000 for hospital admittance fees.
• Also, Gap Cover of R1 000 for more than 50 specified medical procedures.

 

Customised Alternate Coverage

This policy offers the same benefits as explained above but includes additional add-ons such as:

• R60 000 per household annually for prosthesis procedures.
• Provision for prescribed minimum benefits.

 

Inducement and Expander Insurance

• Gap Cover of up to 500 percent for hospitalisation costs – this is the insurance cover of what a medical scheme will pay in terms of its tariff ceilings and the actual bills imposed by members of the medical profession for services rendered.
• Also Gap Cover of R1 800 for scans.
• Gap Cover of R1 000 for more than 150 specified medical procedures.
• Dental benefits.

 

Inducement and Expander Alternate Coverage

The same benefits offered by the Inducement and Expander Insurance, with add-ons:

• Provision for prescribed minimum benefits.
• R60 000 per household annually for prosthesis procedures.

 

Student’s Choice Insurance – Gap Cover Quote From Momentum

• Gap Cover of up to 400 percent for hospitalisation costs – this is the insurance cover of what a medical scheme will also pay in terms of its tariff ceilings and the actual bills imposed by members of the medical profession for services rendered.

• This insurance excludes any additional costs imposed by medical schemes.

 

Regular Hospitalised Alternate Coverage

• Gap Cover of up to 400 percent for hospitalisation costs – this is the insurance cover of what a medical scheme will also pay in terms of its tariff ceilings and the actual bills imposed by members of the medical profession for services rendered.
• This insurance excludes any additional costs levied by medical aids.
